Powweb server have
sql 4.1.14 .
so many of us cant upgrade our vbulletin to 3.6 series.

hence pw 's forum is using sql 4.1.16 coz this forum on vb3.6 series
and 3.6 series only works on 4.1.16

how it is possible?

This forum isn't running on the same servers or environment as our sites. It is on a dedicated server.

Ian is correct. This forum is not running on customer servers and is using MySQL 5.0.24.

Are you sure? I just did some perusing in the Vbulletin forums and there are 3.6+ users who are doing just fine on PowWeb. For instance: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=203691&highlight=powweb

I just checked vbulletin.com and vB 3.6.x requires MySQL 4.0.16 or later, not 4.1.16
