How can I block all ip's from China?????

As keyplayr said it would take a lot of work to keep track of that type of thing, there's a good chance that some IP's have already blocked most servers anyway, so you won't get much traffic.

This is a funny question.

The answer is very easy.
You just have to say something chinese government doesn't like in your site. ;)

You can talk about on going invasion/genocide/ethnic cleansing of tibet, for example.
And within reasonable delay, entire IP will be blocked for the access from china,
courtesy of chinese government. :)

But chinese people have many proxy to overcome this (and also .htaccess IP range blocking).
So, I'm not sure if you can truly block all trafic from china, and I'm not really in favor of any mass blocking.
