So at least one of my sites(kfx400hq.com) has been down now for at least a week probably more ( A simple Nuke site) I posted on here hoping someone from powweb would help since i cannot get help through support. And what do i get for my efforts but my post deleted. So i am done , but now i cannot figure out how to cancell my packages. There used to be a link in ops but i cant find it now.
Where is it, anybody know?

There is an online cancellation form if you contact them. Phone the support number for people within the USA. International customers can e-mail them and a link to the cancellation form is given. Contact 1-877-476-9932 Or billing@powweb.com
Your post wasn't deleted, It was bumped up for Admin attention.
Sorry to see you go CJ :sad3:

Well a fat lotta good that did since my site is still down for who knows how long, and i have not gotten a response from support. I am just trying to get out now before more of my money is wasted here.

When you say down, do you mean inaccessible? I am able to load up kfx400hq.com just fine. Is there a particular aspect of the site not working or are you saying that it works, but is very slow?

Isnt it funny how no powweb staff responds to stuff untill AFTER the site has been restored? BTW the site was down for well over a week, maybe 2. This is the message i got from support today:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
The php.ini file of your account had the following line in it:
memory_limit = 75MB
Only 75 bytes of memory was being allotted to your site, and hence your site was giving error. I changed the line to:
memory_limit = 75M
Your site is now loading fine. Please try accessing your site now, and let us know if you are still experiencing any issue.
Now i have never made any changes to php.ini??? How about my other site i still have 1 down. Should i start working on that one now?

Hmm. I was looking at it in ops and it said "Active" but i guess that is just the package itself not the domain. It should have renewed automaticly. Oh well. I didnt need that domain anyway.
I guess people need to check the status of their domain before placing blame. I've seen quite a few of them and it always seem to be good ol' Ian that finds out. :)

Where was good ol lan when my other site was down for 2 weeks? or when my site was "Cancelled" during migration? Or any of the numerous times my site wont load intermittently? Or how about when it just loads slow?
Ya i guess once this time it was my bad, but can ya blame me for jumping to that conclusion?
Where was good ol lan when my other site was down for 2 weeks? or .........Having a life! :D
The domain renewal wasn't automatic under Legacy Powweb - it's a new feature of the new Powweb. Renewal was in the middle of migration so where yours was during that time I don't know - it could have been still on Legacy systems.
