Problem in uploading

Hi, I'm having a problem uploading these files (check http://asiarecipe.com/upload.jpg)
I have no idea why, it just says, 'error occured'.. Tried many times, many ways.

It could be that you have ASCII ticked. .js files do need ASCII mode as do any text based file. Images however need to be uploaded in Binary mode.

Try uploading with OPS> SiteTools> FileManager
Installed an antivirus or firewall lately?
