-Too much movement. The "Welcome" animation gets repetitive and the animating of the news section draws my too much attention away from the page's actual content.
-I don't know who you are. Your main page says "Welcome" and lists 5 products. The only information you give about the company/website itself is in the URL. I'd suggest utilizing the banner area a bit better by putting the company name there, and a logo/slogan if you have one. You may also want to describe your business on the main page instead of listing products.
-This is a personal issue: Use an email address for your domain instead of an AOL address. To me, a the AOL address makes it look unprofessional and unreliable. List an email like debbie@debslotions.com and have it autoforward to your AOL account if you want.
-The layout itself clashes with my view of a lotion selling site.
-I don't like when websites mess with my cursor.
-The quick way to fix your link issue is to just remove the ":link" selector. Just make it:
a { // style stuff }

I agree with Kitchensink108's comments.
It is obvious that the business/website name should appear at the top in place of the Welcome banner. Shopping sites should NOT have animations unless you are having a slideshow of products. Flash player should not be required for a shopping site. Javascript scrolling could work for the news box, if you actually have/need scrolling news. I personally don't like animated anything when I am trying to read - too distracting.
The color scheme and design don't feel appropriate for this website. Using light blue text on dark blue background can be difficult to read for some people, especially when the text is small. Cobalt blue is a good color, but the metallic look is not for this site. Use colors that are different from the product colors so they stand out.
There are not enough links in the navigation menu for a shopping website. You need to include privacy, payment, shipping and refund policies and other information. Any testimonials? The contents appear to the left, leaving blank space on the right. There is also space between the product boxes and the bottom image border. I am not a fan of templates, because you are trying to work within the template instead of making something work around your contents.
I don't like when websites mess with my cursor.
Don't confuse people. Many people expect the arrow to turn into a pointing hand when mousing over a link. My husband, for example, would probably get confused. There is a website called Web Pages That Suck that have a category called "just because you can, doesn't mean you should". Changing cursors would fall under this category. ;)
I think you like it when I beat up on you. I even let someone else take the first shot. That way I don't look like such a bully. :D Lose that techy template and create something soothing. You don't need button shapes around your links. Darn animations are driving me crazy!

Yes, but it's such a short drive :D
Sorry, couldn't resist the temptation

You got THAT right! My son drove me crazy while I was shopping in Staples. I only went there for one color printer ink cartridge, but I spent almost $200. I just blew that affiliate check as fast as I got it. ;)
I am not an epileptic, so I didn't have seizures from the animations.

Are you the person hanging up on my answering machine before I get to it? I only have one phone connected in the new home while we are remodeling. I keep bugging my husband to connect a phone upstairs. The previous owners only had a cell phone and removed the phone jacks! They also stole the curtain rods and other stuff. No wonder there were so many auto accidents outside since we moved here! They didn't keep their eyes on the road. :D

No, you can wear it on weekends! ;)
If you need a electrician let me know
Not at this exact moment, but we might when we put on the addition. The township probably won't let us do it. We have a switch in our bedroom that we believe is opening the garage door across the street. It certainly does nothing here! :D

The comedian Steven Wright had a joke years ago about having a switch in his apartment that didn't seem to do anything. One day he flipped it on and off rapidly many times. A week later he got a letter from someone in Germany(?) saying, "Cut it out."

The neighbor across the street has a fairly new Chevy that got scratched not long after we moved here. I was afraid I lowered the garage door, causing him to drive too fast into the garage to beat the door!
The circuit breaker box isn't labeled correctly, so each one is a guess. There was a switch for the dining room, but there was NO dining room when we moved here. There is one now, but it is currently labeled first floor bedroom. Yeah, like I want a bedroom next to the kitchen, front door and basement stairs. Weird.
coldfusion, sorry for going off-topic! We didn't forget about you. ;)
