I am so furious! I had no problem when I first called support to see why a URL redirect for a specific page I'd added in c-panel wasn't working.
After being on hold for 45 minutes the tech, who didn't sound like he knew what he was doing, hung up on me. Then I noticed my homepage was not loading. The error message said it was redirecting in a way that it could never complete. At no time did this tech say he was trying to redirect my homepage, I never asked him to!!!
When I called back I was on hold for 30 minutes before a different tech said it's been escalated to a level 2 tech and they'll fix it. He had no idea what the previous tech, Richard, had done and apologized profusely. I have no idea when my site will be back up, it's already been down over a half hour and I have no idea why!
Why on earth should a customer call with a small issue and end up in a situation like this:mad: ???? I am worst off for calling support!
