making subdomains takes long and sometimes doesnt work...

after switching to new platform i am very unsatisfied with how long it takes for a subdomin to work.. the first time it took a day for it to load and now im trying to host osmeone and its taken days she alreayd has stuff uploaded but its still not showing up... and ive tried another subdomain for my newwebsite and its not loading either...


before when i uploaded a newsubdomain it would be up as soon as i create it.. -.- and i renewed my hosting for this... newplatform.. which i personally think isnt even as good

Probably to late to give us your links to check now. Make sure you dump your cache etc regularly. Did you have an actual question?

Also, what method are you using? "Magic Powweb" method from old platform doesn't work now.

yes ... my subdomain is still not working and i dont know why.. i dont use magic

i make a new directory in my home and and create a htdoc folders like before..

That is the 'Magic Powweb' way - and, as you've found out, it doesn't work anymore.

Go to OPS and use the 'sub-domain' tool.
Log into OPS and THEN use this link: here (http://ops.powweb.com/webControl/subdirectorymap.bml) (You must log into OPS first.]
Use it to point to the folder you've got things saved in.
