I'm trying to restore a backup of my Coppermine gallery.

I've got one folder that has a LOT of pictures in it.

I've drilled down to individual pictures, but I'm unable to successfully restore any of the pictures or directories inside of this one folder.

All other folders and albums have restored successfully.

I've tried restoring directly and I've tried downloading as a .zip file. No luck either way.

It just tells me that it can't do it.

The pictures in this folder aren't of any different size than the others that were able to be successfully restored.

So what gives?

I've tried it from various backups but nothing.

Is there anyway that someone at PowWeb would be able to force this? Is it a time out issue on the server side or on my side?

I'm not real sure where to go with this.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I would send in a ticket and request that an admin restore the folder for you. It is probably too big a task to be performed through the web interface.

Yeah - I sent in a ticket for it last night and they took care of it.

What is the size limit for the online restore?

That is a good question. I'm not sure the limit is based on size, but rather the processing time. Typically there is a 60 second limit (that has been discussed frequently here) on customer boxes, but the filemanager is on a main site box. I can find out for you.
