CMS and PDF

Does anyone know of a CMS that will let you search the contents of PDF files you've uploaded as well as the keywords?

It's not as easy as it sounds. Suntek have a CMS but I don't think it'll run here. PDF's suck by the way.

I'm going to be scanning in a lot of old documents using OmniPage. Would you suggest I make them MS Word documents instead of PDF files?

Keep them as PDFs. Readers are available for almost every OS out there. Yeah, they're a bit kludgy but for printed material moving to digital it's the way to go. Have fun with all that scanning. :)
