Where can I download Frontpage?

I have been away from web design for a few years. I used to use Notepad ...
since I am so rusty now, I would like to use Frontpage.

I have Frontpage 2000 that I downloaded years ago. However, I would like to use
the latest 2002? I cannot find anywhere to download it now?

I understand MS has discontinued in late 2006, but can I still download the latest
Frontpage from somewhere else?

Or is thee another good program available for free that is recommended?

I totally endorse Kevin in recommending this program. FP is probably not 'Legally' available via download, few M$ full price products are.
