Can one change domain names?

Just curious- Can we change the domain that is hosted on our account??
( say from abc.com to xyz.com )

If it is within the first 30 days it is free
if not
it cost $30

Please email billing@powweb.com and if the fee applies to you you have to give them clear permission to bill your account.
