Help Installing VPASP Shopping Cart

Not sure if VPASP Shopping Cart will work on POWWEB. They indicate that it requires IIS to be running on the server where VP-ASP is located. I called POWWEB's tech line and they say that it is supported but not sure if it's actually there or if I have to do something to put it there.

Anyone been through this situation? Some help would be greatly appreciated :)

If the script requires a IIS server, it's not going run here on Powweb. These are running Apache webserver on Linux OS computers.
