I don't know if this type of website is okay here! ;) We are looking at the design. Okay, that animation in the upper left corner should be moved or removed. Move the welcome banner to start in the top left corner. That banner actually takes up half of the screen view in 800x600 screen resolution. Okay, I just noticed that the image below the animation is part of the animation. Try rotating the images between text.
The color scheme is nice and appropriate. But the pink link text may be difficult to read with an image in the background. Try cutting and pasting actual paragraphs of text to see how the text reads and the links appear.
The navigation menu is in Flash. The audience probably will be viewing at home and have a Flash player installed. The effects could have been done using Flash and/or CSS. The clicking sound is not necessary, but again, this will be viewed at home, so sound should not be an issue, either.
The links at the bottom are okay, but the site should actually state that the contents are for adults who are at least 18 years of age. Remove the parental supervision remark. There should really be one of those form submissions where the visitor must submit the year he/she was born and maybe another clue to prove age. Ask who the previous president was. My son knows who the current president is, but I don't think he knows who the previous one was. ;)

Yvette <> Grins she caught me again not using css used flash instead. Im working on it and appreciate the comments. Like your idea on the images the final pics will be different. This is why the forums are very supportive and a great learning tool. PowWeb rocks and so does the community.

Don't forget to add the wolf cries, too. And maybe a scream. Yes, I think that is a bit much. Oh, but maybe the sound of a whip cracking for the link mouseovers is okay! ;)
I agree with Yvette questioning the suitability of the site for Powweb and their AUP.
When I looked not much seemed to work, the links kept giving me a page not found error.
The front page seemed appropriate for the (presumed) adult audience. Below the front page images there's text in size 4.5 with the name of another web-site. Is this meant to be a link or a copyright notice acknowledging the source and copyright holder? (I had to copy and paste to read it, it was far too small and should be made larger or omitted.)

You weren't supposed to actually look at links. This was actually a design review, not a website review. Coldfusion likes to have us review designs before going any further. ;)
I think it is wonderful
I bet you would like it more if there were more pages with more pictures! I clicked the link, not knowing what I was going to see. The guys installing my windows were looking over my shoulder. I had to close the browser window to get them to go back to work! :D
