Need visible countdown counter for my website?

Hi, I'm launching a new design for one of my websites New Years Day 2007. I currently want to put up a visible (countdown) counter on the site counting down the days, hours, and seconds till the new design. Is there anything available that'll allow me to do that? Link me! :)
