Hi -
6-7 hours ago - I sent an email request to Support - re my FTP probs..
Theyre now resolved - Naturally (Although I dont think any Powweb staff did anything to it / read my email as yet..)
Q) Ive now got a support request /tracking code number
If possible, how can I
a) View the status of this support request... ?
b) Advise support that this particular problem has been resolved ?
I'll assume that if I send another email to support, it will generate another tracking number - & still have to be read by a support staff..
