HI All,
I am new here. I come for help with my issue as below:
Zencart 136 + GCO API 105 + activated Powweb shared SSL + Sandbox GCO seller Acc. & Sandbox GCO buyer Acc. + GCO API setup: XML, Allow name/value pairs sent. ZC Admin usps production status, GCO payment installed, some shipping options, etc
now go to checkout with GCO after having something in shopping cart at my website http:/fastener-outlet.com
with a sandbox GCO acc ID and password, GCO payment page shows right prices, right tax, but wrong usps shipping multi option fees, amounts="0"
the following error message was also found in GCO integrated records:
"We encountered an error trying to access your server at https://myOPSusername.powweb.com/googlecheckout/responsehandler.php -- the error we got is: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path validation failed: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: basic constraints check failed: pathLenConstraint violated - this cert must be the last cert in the certification path"
this means our shared SSL is not accpted by GCO. However, Powweb's agent said our SSL is accepted by GCO.
This is a debate or a hidden lie inside?
any good idea? thanks in advance.

jeff

Are you using https://yourdomain.powweb.com as the secure URL? Try https://yourOPSusername.powweb.com instead.

I am new here. 2 days it seems that I have been wandering in a dead street, looking for helper. "Live Chat" is full of unknowledgeable agents. An issue has been posted here for 4hours without any significant reply or good points. No wonder I don't get any help from this forum and this past-tense brilliant hosting server because helpful moderators, like you and more before you, is moving on to catch your time in 2006.
My issue is GCO does not accept powweb's shared SSL. However, Powweb's agent strongly says GCO accepts it. Who can I believe in? I am watching a week more. I don't want to stay with a dishonest server.
Bye Jack. Give me an email if you have time. I am looking forward to hearing your advice.

sales@fastener-outlet.comMost users are in the US and therefore most sleep at the same time. When you post a problem can greatly affect when it gets replies on a customer helping customer forum. The nature of SSL means that the number of other customers that can assist is more limited. This will also slow down replies coming in.

As you noted, a number of good people (staff, customers who are moderators and customers) have moved on including Jack (who was both a customer and staffer and moderator - although not all at the same time) and Tom (same mix). Eventually the forums will return to having a great number of knowledgable people. Until then, keep posting, keep looking and help when you can.
