Need to know how much storage used

Anyone know how i can keep track of how much of my allotted storage space i'm using?

Go to OPS....under 'Packages' Tab...then FTP.

Up towards the top of the page (under the navigation links) there is a little box labelled "FTP info" which displays your disk quota (250Mb unless you've bought additional space) and current usage.

Bandwidth still can not be measured...but you can get a round figure by looking at WebStats.
