It's decent but rather bland right now. The first thing I noticed was a paragraph full of links. I think you should change the location of these links, organize them so they're not a giant blob (you may want to consider a dropdown menu, or a vertical menu somewhere else on the page), and style them a bit so they look better. I also think you should make the search box smaller and put it somewhere else on the page.

You should make it a bit more obvious what the purpose of the site is. Whereas I think the pile of links is the main focal point right now, I think the site name and purpose should be the main area of attention.

I suggest making the right column a bit wider and putting some left/right padding, so the text isn't right up against the edges.

You're title is really ambiguous. This is also a really good location to give a quick synopsis or tagline explaining what the site is about or what its purpose is.

I don't like the bolding of the words in the text. It's too frequent and really distracting from the rest of the text. Also, that's a lot of text for the main page, which doesn't say anything about the site itself. You may want to use that space to describe the site and give a short summary of the text you had. The text you have now may be better suited for its own page, off the homepage.

For Today's Feature and News Flash, you may want to have just a summary of the article, instead of two full paragraphs off to the side of the page.

I didn't check any other pages. I can give more advice later, but I need to start paying attention to the class I'm in.

I agree with Kitchensink108 about the links. I would put them below the fold. I was looking around for what country was even be referenced, until I saw the "Philippines" in the blue under the header.

I'm not as concerned about the bolding in the main body text, but only on the condition that the bolded text would be hyperlinks to individual pages with further information on that bolded text subject.

I also agree with Kitchensink108 about paying attention in class. This is the only chance you get to prove to a future employer that you can put up with 4-years of anything :D
