Problems signing up.

So I signed up 2 days ago at powweb.com. Everything went okay, but the problem is that so far I cannot access my account.

I spoke with an agent like 5 hours ago, she said that I need to resend all my information + 2 pictures of my visa card. Why is that? Did any of you did the same thing?

I tried to click the "forgot password", and powweb sent my username, password and activation code correctly and I still cannot access my account.

What's happening? How am I going to access my account, or should I ask, when is it going to get approval?

My friend recommanded this, he lives in the same country as I do, and he didn't go to all this hassle.

Sometimes Visa and other credit cards require extra security checks before they will authorise the card. One method used is to request scans of the card being used. This has happened with other customers.

However, billing issues won't be discussed on these forums and you must contact support again for assistance.
