Hello i am currently using your hosting account and now seem to be in the need of the following:

1.) Shell/SSH Access
2.) FastCGI, SCGI, and/or Mongrel Support
3.) The Latest Ruby and Rails Releases
4.) Rails Documentation
5.) Scalability Options
6.) Pre-installed Gems
7.) Subversion, Trac, and/or Bugzilla Hosting

is their anyway this can be made possible?

regards

All of these things we cannot currently provide.

Ruby on Rails is definitely in PowWeb's future and is in fact already installed; however, we still need our engineers to develop the wrappers to make them usable by the customer base. We haven't even began this process and there is a long list of other projects that need to be done before this one begins.

The others are in the distant future. They'll require some substantial platform changes which cost time and money. The process for allocating those for these types of changes is a lengthy.

What exactly are scalability options?

In that case, no, we do not offer scalability options? :D

We don't recommend alternative hosts here.
You might however find the link I posted above helpful if you look. ;)
