View Full Version : Forwarded EMail lost
In general all of my EMail that is POP is working fine. I have one Email address that is set as a forward. It appears that on occasion some EMails are getting lost. The sender is not getting a rejection but some Emails are not getting through. The address is being forwarded to a Gmail ID, if that matters. It is unclear how many are getting lost.
Any thoughts??

Any thoughts??It could be that they're getting caught in either Powwebs OUTGOING spam filter (see long thread about that!) or in gmails INCOMING spam filters (if they're enabled).

Is there a way to see if something is getting caugyt in POWWEB's outgoing SPAM filters?

If you send an email from a PowWeb account, send a bcc to yourself. If the recipient does not receive the email, contact PowWeb support and send the copy that was received in your bcc. You may have to create an attachment, because your email to support may get filtered!

I've had a client saying they have the same problem. I've been saying that the problem must be on their end because testing forwards to my non-powweb email account worked fine.
I can imagine how frustrated he is. I've been lying to him the whole time.
