Please critique my site

HI Everyone,

This is my first site that I have attempted. It is hosted with Powweb and it's a work in progress. I have recently lost some weight and wanted to share how I did it and what I have learned through the process.

I am still learning HTML and Javascript. I would like your honest opinion on what I have created so far. This was designed using straight HTML in notepad no WYSIWYG programs. I look forward to hearing your comments and advice on improving this site.

give more effort to improve it.
hire a designer if need. to get the job done even better.

I like the look; organization could use some improvement, particularly how you present the laundry list of left-hand navigation elements. I wonder if some could be usefully combined.

also some errors; saw a random 'header' appear as text somewhere, and the height-weight chart is wrong for some tall people...
