Membership Subscription

I am trying to have membership fees on my site and I am trying to figure out how to solve this issue. At the moment I have the straight forward slution with paypal, but with like a more cleaner way where the user selects the membership tier, then is sent to a page to pay the fee. When the user subscribes I want to be sent an e-mail and also keep a list of these users.

A re-curring payment feature on an annual basis would also be really nice. Any ideas if any of the carts that powweb offers could do this? Eventually I may offer some merchandise on the site as well, but for right now membership fees and donations.

I am not sure if I want to go with paypal. Do they have a service where the paypal logo is not shown anywhere? I want my site to have the professionals look and have the payment seamlessly integrated.

The thing about PayPal is that it's a known name that most people trust. Just know they do require you to have their higher priced service and take a nice chuck of change out of each transaction.
