Shopsite-problems.. anyone?

Hi

I am not sure if anyone here is familiar with shopsite. This question is about Shopsite, and I am asking it here since there is rarely any activity at their own forum :S

i use "cross sell sky page" template for the pages... + "One Line" template for the products.

i don't understand why they don't line up properly.

I added a pic with a poorly drawn arrow in it to show you what I am talking about

I have the same content in each of them (the same amounts of linebreaks (<br>) oh, and the PICS in the product descriptions are the same height

That first linkset IMG doesn't have the same parameters as the next 2. It is missing
border="0" height="60" hspace="3" vspace="3" width="67"

but where do i edit this? It's not in the product description, and I am not sure what stylesheet to edit, and most importantly: all three products use the same template :S That code you see up there is the code that shopsite creates from a template i guess, at least it is not me (and it takes it from the same template.)Doesn't make sense to me...


I got a reply on shopsite forums as well, and I am hoping they can help, as im aware this is shop-site related, not powweb.. but any help will be apprecciated anyhow

Yes, ShopSite (at shopsite.com) do have support and help and related forums -- its a very robust product and has reasonably good help for most issues available as well. Since it is one of the major Shopping Carts, it is very well supported by gateways, etc. -- and, if you are new to the product, you can also purchase assistance and training in how to set it up for your site from a third party [http://www.powweb.com/product/imdotcommerce.bml Internet Merchant/DotCommerce] (you have to get the information and pictures and product weights, sizes, etc together first).
