It seems to me that any application that I have in PHP, i.e. OSCommerce, PhPbb, WordPress, are painfully slow to respond. This is not always, just 95% of the time. Painfully to me means 30 to 50 seconds for a page response. I'm sure it is easy to tell me I have something wrong in my set up but if that were true the 5% of the time that response is instant would not happen. My fouled logic?
I never have delays from regular web sites. That is always very responsive and that is one of the main reasons I have my 4 domains hosted here. The very fast web page response. But with more and more web business depending on php applications, it is a shame that POWWEB has such lousy speed with these applications.
This is just feedback. I hope the support team and server techs can actually do something about the terrible response speeds.
I can not believe I am the only one having bad speed issues part of the time. Like I said, on rare occasions response is instant. Instant is good and would be great if it was the majority of time rather than the minority.
