New Website :) Critique please

After making my formula 1 website I decided to make another one. This time it's about watches. I don't have much pictures yet because I'm still waiting for the copyright holders to get back to me with the permission to use them.

Most of the errors were just the no alt= for the image pics the pictures were just for layouts so i didn't really fuss about putting alts in.

the rest of the errors seem to be about border colours and backgrounds, i may be able to use CSS to change them but i don't see why, I tested the site in as many browsers and they all seem to work fine. I'm not so fussed about standards compliance as long as they look the way I want it to look :)

Yes I am, I love my watches :D
Why do you ask?

My point is, if you don't follow convention, you can't be sure it will render as expected for the next person. Do you test in all browsers, all OSs? And will you retest when each releases a new version? Unless this is for your private collection, looking good to you is a start, not an end. If it looks good to you AND conforms to standards, then you can rest easier concerning those situations you can not test.

I think the site is more of a watch history and such rather than selling them (at least from what I can see so far). It looks OK to me in IE 7.

I want a watch like Jack Bauer.

The presence of adsense clued me that he expects visitors whether he is selling watches or not.
