My website is constantly going up and down... gives a 403 error consistently. (www.twiztedstylz.com) Would appreciate any help with this.
Your site loaded fine for me.
I did note, however, that on the front page you have your visitor count as of September 2005. You may want to update or remove that, makes the site look like it hasn't been updated since then.
it loads fine now... but it wouldnt come up for quite some time earlier and seems to be irregular. thanks for the info on the splash page.
