Convert HTML to joomla

is it possible that anyone can explain to me the process of converting HTML to joomla ?

Are you talking about a whole site or just the template/appearance?

mainly yes about the hole site and then making a template of this joomla site as well.

but so far the most important is the convertion

There really isn't a conversion option. Joomla stores information in a MySQL database and retireves the information to generate the pages.

You are better off building a Joomla site and then incorporating your site information into it. There is software out there to convert an HTML template to a Joomla template, but it would serve you better to generate it yourself. There are several tutorials available online that can assist you on this.
