problem with username.powwebmysql.com

For the past several years I have been able to view my DB structure in Dreamweaver when using the old mysqlXX.powweb.com servers.

Now that it has switch to username.powwebmysel.com I am no longer able to do so. This is going to be a severe problem for me unless it is a temporary problem. I am an amature to php/mysql and cannot just code, upload, and voila.

When creating a new DB in OPS, it only specifies the new format of server address.

Any help, guidance, or input on this would be much appreciated.

I can still view all my old DB structures on old sites in dreamweaver that use mysqlxx.powweb.com. I will not change those addresses to the new format until this is cleared.

RESOLVED---------------

I appologize for my quick trigger finger on the situation.

It appears it is a problem with this PC.

I tried making the connection on my other dev machine, that has all the other connections to powweb/dreamweaver on it and it works ok.

I have to see why the port is blocked on this PC.
