Is there a way to install a separate SSL certificate on a POWWEB site for an OSCommerce cart since we are on a shared servers?
When going to my cart, I get the popup box showing that the certificate doesn't match the website and that looks real bad for anyone thinking about shopping on my site. I don't want to waste $600 for a Verisign cert if it's not going to work (what to do....what to do)
Suggestions? Help?

$600 Bucks???!!!

I dont know where you have been shopping, but, a dedicated IP, 128bit SSL and installation should not run you more than like $150 a year.

The bottom line is Powweb does not offer that.

Yea, there's always something cheaper, I've even seen free ones. But I guess it doesn't matter in this case anyway.
