Flashchat not accessable, bummer

before the upgrade to MySql 5 I had no problem with Flachchat, now it tells me the page is not there, might have been removed..
I have not made ANY changes.
Duh me, if it is not one thing it is another lol.
Not sure if I should laugh or cry.

I think I need a glass of red wine every morning I log on to my Forum to see what else is not working now.
I run a vBulettin board.

Are you running the latest Flashchat version? You could always switch back to MySQL 4 I suppose.

I know I clicked the link yesterday and told you it didn't work. I saw the 404 page not found error. There is a link at the top in the horizontal menu and a different link in the text on the home page. Both do not work.

When I look at them, I wonder if the link is incorrect, the path is incorrect or if you really are missing those files. Look for the directories (and files in them) specified in the URL. They should be on your server. If you have a backup, you could see what may be missing.

I am going to check on it Yvette,
We do not use the chat often so it is not that big of an issue, what bugs me though is that it worked before the upgrade and not now.
I have not removed any files .
I will check it out as soon as I am back from school parents evening.

Log into phpmyadmin and look for the database table created by Flashchat. See if it needs optimizing, repair or (re)creation. It may even be empty!
