It seems like at all time there is at least one function that doesn't work. This time it's the files that one can't get into. It will probably be fixed with time, but the problems just keep on coming; eventually one must wonder if staying is really worth it.

Often thinking about doing something, or deciding you ought to do something produces much the same psychological effects as actually doing the thing.

Back in the real world, people who talked about doing something are still sitting in their reclinier chairs, presumably watching television - that chocolate sauce that is tipped over the masses. Meanwhile people who acted either have taken all the money or have moved on to their next problem.

What does that mean? Your site works and is very fast for me, what problem are you having in FileManager exactly? Please try to be specific so we can help you faster. If you don't like FileManager try a real FTP program like FileZilla (it's free).
