Hi,
Why I am having that issue :

Access denied for user 'user'@'cgi0701.int.bizland.net' (using password: YES)

(NOTE: user is my DB name)

I'd suggest you contact Support either via chat, email or phone. They might be able to fix the problem for you.

Try adding a new user for your DB, verify it works, then delete the original/damaged login and finally re-create it --- that works in many cases.

Failing that, open a ticket.
