What Happened to the Live Chat On Powweb?

Hello, I never had a problem before with the online help with powweb but today I've been waiting for a live operator for over 2 hours now and nothing. Are you guys closed for the weekend? Please let me know what is going on.

No the Live Person chat is supposed to be open 24/7. Keep trying or, can we help you?

Its not a Powweb issue specifically that is causing the wait time; one of the Chat Support Centers is handling additional volume due to a problem with telephone routing; this issue is causing "all lines busy" for several telephone support centers, which is stacking up the queue at the remaining centers --- for fastest service, until the phone carriers sort this out, try the Support Center in the help area of your Control Panel.
