CS-Cart has downloading problems

I use CS-Cart which has downloading problems for products over the size of 9 MB. CS-Cart says that it is my server, Powweb.com, and/or internet connection. However, all my products download via Powweb.com's download.cmp.

Here are the Links to CS-Cart video Starting with Powweb video. Powweb only allows two feeds to be viewed at once, so I put two 720x480 "feeds" on a row. Each "feed" is about an hour-long. The fourth feed, if you include the Prelude, it is the fifth, on the Powweb video, and the third feed on the other two pages ae the only ones you need to watch to get an idea of what is going on.
