Renewals

A friend of mine just got charged over $73 for a renewal, but she didn't want Powweb to automatically charge her, so is there a way to turn automatic renewals off?

Go into OPS...on the main page in the 'Packages' box, click on your package name...under the 'Package Overview' box, there is a little link for 'non-renew'.
