View Full Version : Problems with Gallery2....
Hello, yesterday i tried to install Gallery2,but after installation there was a mistake
500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.
In what a problem?
Check configuration details, paths and server names. They are the items that more often than not people get wrong when doing an installation.
Paths to temp storage in particular should be checked.
excuse me....what configuration details you mean?
hosting?
So,i tried to install phpbb on another subdomain, but the 500 Internal server error still appear.
Anyone know, how to solve this problem?

Do you have CGI activated? (If No, you need to activate it)
Do any PHP pages load? (If No, and Yes above, contact support)

1. Chat support needs to upgrade their script because we have been told that the update cycle is now quicker than that and you should see updates in 10-15 minutes.
2. If it is not enable correctly, they should be able to update it for you, make the needed changes and have you up and running fairly quick. If it is still an issue I would contact them and get them to send it to level 2 support.
