how to increase mailbox size

Please help ASAP. I need to increase the size of some of my mailboxes. I need to do this ASAP!! Please help!!!

The mailbox I need to make bigger is
jay_carney

You increase the size in OPS.

Log into OPS and look at the section down the left where it tells you how much disk space you've used.

Click on the link - and you can increase the size from the page that loads. Remember to reduce the space allocated to the web to increase the space for mail.

how long does it take to apply. I did what you said, then went to mail central and it still shows as 25M
