View Full Version : How to submit support request via the web interface?

I am trying to use the Support Console, but was unable to use the "Re-Open Ticket' feature to report a POP outage (yes, another one...). The messages say to click the "Make New Request" button, but for the life of me, I cannot locate such a button. How does one submit a support request via the web interface?

(Update: I logged completely out and re-accessed the page...in a slightly different manner...and a "Make New Request" link this time appeared following the list of previous support issues)

You'll see the irony of this: clearing your cookies and browser cache may help with this.

Can not log in to the Support Console. (update = Clearing the cookie did work...)

No on has responded to the Chat. Waited 10 minutes.

Get disconnected from the telephone cue. (5 times)

I guess I've been a bad boy.

I wasn't knocking support. I thought maybe you were tired of teaching and wanted a challenging job. :)
