I am trying to use the Support Console, but was unable to use the "Re-Open Ticket' feature to report a POP outage (yes, another one...). The messages say to click the "Make New Request" button, but for the life of me, I cannot locate such a button. How does one submit a support request via the web interface?
(Update: I logged completely out and re-accessed the page...in a slightly different manner...and a "Make New Request" link this time appeared following the list of previous support issues)
