I'm currently getting 300 gigs of disk space and 3000 gigs of monthly transfer (according to my ops panel). These were the terms when I signed up for my plan, however they've changed. Is it possible to update these limits?

I'd like to know the same thing. I've been a member less than 6 months, and the website is now advertising:

* 1,500 GB Disk Space
* 15,000 GB of Data Transfer

Can we upgrade our current 300 GB plans?

folks have been successful by contacting support...I have to ask, though, how much bandwidth/diskspace are you currently using? I upgraded mine to what you have now, and I still dont even come close to hitting the limit, and I feel like I have a ton of stuff on my account!

I've got 5 databases available to my account. I use two, while the currently available limit is 75. If I need them, I'll ask, but I dont see it happening!

Doesn't hurt to ask like tpoynton says and you'll probably get upgraded. Remember though, it's not something you're entitled to. PowWeb is only contracted to give you what you signed up for. But they've been pretty cool about giving more.
