Removal of manual re-new and PayPal option?

So since 2001 (the first year I was a powweb member), I've always manually renewed my account before the auto-renew date. Renew time is coming up this month, I log into OPS, and I have no option to manually renew. Furthermore, I paid with PayPal last year, and now this has been removed as well.

I always liked to renew early. PowWeb is now setup to wait until the last day, then try to auto-renew. (which I hate to do since lets say for some reason my CC does not go through I don't want my site shut down) - If I renew early, I know it is done and have time to fix something if something with my payment is wrong.

My suggestion - Call or e-mail the billing department. That is what I do to renew early. Not sure about the Paypal option. Again, a call or message to the billing department will be your best option to get those questions answered quickly.
