Problem:
I was unable to open Squirrel Mail in Firefox. Clicking on an e mail resulted in the entire window refreshing. The same thing happened when trying to get live chat help on PowWeb.
The problems did not exist on IE.
Tech support was unable to duplicate the problem on their Firefox. Uninstalling then re-installing Firefox did not solve my problem.
Solution:
My most recent program install was Skype. A small window was installed on the Firefox toolbar allowing for uninstalling Skype plugins for Firefox. After uninstalling the plugins Squirrel Mail functioned properly! There seems to be a conflict with the Skype Firefox plugins and Squirrel Mail.
