ShopSite Pro - Anyone Using This

HI All,

I signed up for free version, then decided to upgrade to ShopSite Pro. It did
not upgrade even after payment made. Trouble ticket was open, it's been a week
and no upgrade performed. So, is anyone here using ShopSite Pro ?

Did your payment get processed? Did you confirm in OPS or with billing? If the payment was processed, does support upgrade to Pro or do you? I haven't tried it here.

There is an automated process that is "supposed" to successfully move the version forward, but, every once in a while, it encounters a store that the process fails against (.. I know ... I wish I knew why it happens...) .. in any event, if it doesn't happen within 48 hours or so, you need a ticket open to ensure that the issue gets relayed to a Subject Matter Expert for ShopSite ... they may need and additional day or so to iron out issues (.. they sometimes need to discuss the issue with ShopSite support team)...
