I have avg free and it said I have a pup infection fake antispy wear how do i get rid of it

Within AVG Free there is a system for quarantining the offending file(s). Use that.

See if there's an option to delete it. I've always preferred getting rid of the things, personally.

Doing a quick google is also a great resource. Most times you are not the first one to have this virus/spyware.
