Incredimail

can anyone advise me. Since having problems a few weeks ago with changing my anti virus, my computer has had to be fixed a couple of times because I couldnt get online. Although everything is fine now, since then I have been unable to open incredmail. I went into add and remove programmes and I cant repair or remove the programme. All my email addresses are within the incredimail package and I just cant get to them. Any ideas please. Many thanks

Do you use Hotmail or MSN mail with IncrediMail? If so, see this article (http://help.incredimail.com/incredimail/help_center/help_article.aspx?is=t&article_id=7&lang_id=9&referrer_id=1) which may help with other mail, too. IncrediMail works with Gmail (http://www.askdavetaylor.com/can_i_use_incredimail_along_with_googles_gmail.htm l) but some people have reported problems using it on Windows Vista.

Hi and thank you for that but I dont use either and have already tried many things that havent worked.
