I need help uploading my e-book...I am so new to this and I am absoultely clueless. I have completed my website which was the easiest because everything is a given. My e-book is written with open office, I am not sure If I saved it properly in order to upload it Please help because I don't know what I am doing....:confused: If you can help me please be very detailed.... Thanks a lot!

What did you make your website with? Most ebooks are in PDF format. http://www.ebookmall.com/choose-format/

Thanks for replying! I made my website with powweb tools and my ebook is made through open office...

I don't think Open Office can save as PDF. So save as DOC or whater you think your audience will want, you could offer several formats. You can zip them so when the link is clicked it will prompt to download. Or simply link to the file/s instructing your visitors to r-click and save as. FTP upload your files and add the links to them in your pages.

There are a number of free pieces of software that can create PDF files (although not the all singing and dancing versions) out there. They are often installed as 'printers' although they save files.

The oneI have installed is Primo PDF (http://www.primopdf.com/) although it isn't the only one available. Search for 'create PDF'
