About an hour ago, I talked to suppose through chat - which they said they were going to forward it on to their billing specialists.

Check to make sure my email address is active and told me where I could view the ticket.

Well it's been almost an hour (a few minutes shy), and the ticket has not shown up yet - and was just wondering how long it takes for a ticket to show up?

Oh..... they I go, got my answer. (which was 1 hour, 24 minutes from time of end of chat to ticket being created) [in case others were wondering]

That's, most likely, due to caching that's done on the main PowWeb site.

We're trying stuff behind the scenes to speed up the OPs control panel, and caching is one of them.
