Someone hacked my site last night,
I have his/her ip address.

Is there anything, I can/should do?

Block that IP and close the door they came through.

They can spoof IP addresses, so you can't tell if that is really where they came from or not.

Okay,
I found the 'exploit' they used, but I'm not going to say what it is.
And I've closed it.

And I've closed it.Since you have apparently fixed your site, I would recommend posting it. It is likely to help more PowWeb folks than hurt them ... and thereby help keep our servers "clean" and running smoothly.

Hackers already know the exploits and at least one of them knows that PowWeb servers are vulnerable. So give your "neighbors" the info they need to block the exploit.
