Flash video controls wont show up in aspx

Hey everyone,

having an issue with my flash. I have a swf that plays a video when you click the play button. The problem is: in a aspx page the controls wont show up. There is no way to pause, stop etc... the video. I uploaded the same exact video to a html page and they show up. Any ideas of why this would happen. I will say that the aspx page uses CMS, not sure if that would effect it at all. Below are links to the html page and aspx. PLEASE HELP. Thanks.

howtofashiondesign.com isn't hosted here according to the whois lookup I've just completed.
As Powweb runs on a *nix system and aspx pages requires Windows servers (AFAIK) the experts here may not be able to help.

The first link causes my IE to crash. I've not tried nor will try the second one.

First link worked (sort of)- the page sat for ages trying to load an image/flash file.

Second link worked, including showing the flash video play controls.

I knew the second links controls were working, my issue is that i need the controls to show up like that on the first link. I pretty sure i figured out that it is the content management software we are using. its a POS. Anyone else have any guesses tho?
