View Full Version : Customer wishlist
Hi all,
Is the Customer wishlist (http://ops.powweb.com/webControl/vote/) still an active project? All dates mentioned on that page (suggestions and comments) are from 2007...

yea looks like we just kinda forgot about that... Although plenty of the things in that list did turn in to actual projects to be completed.
I brought it up here in Burlington. The idea is to update the page. Hopefully it will get done here pretty soon.
Should mention that I am from Tech support :)

We probably need to get your color changed ;)
Yeah, anyone from Powweb is supposed to be a different colour to customers. It let's us all know that you REALLY ARE from Powweb, not just someone claiming to be. You should contact Dwight or Mike who are the most frequent staff visitors.
Good!
Especially looking forward to an implementation of ' Statistics - Multi-Domain Logging' some day... :-)

Maybe you "think" this is a PowWeb employee just because you see Burlington for the location. Or maybe he wants to blend in with the regular members.

No, I think they are from support because they said:

He didn't say he was from PowWeb tech support. ;) I still think he is afraid to admit it, because people with problems will search for the staff members and bother them!

Can we stick to the topic at hand?
Yes, the topic is the wishlist. The 'support' person replying giving hope that it hasn't died has an e-mail address (I can see these as a mod) from a competitor of Powweb! Yvette is right, they may be Tech Support but not Powweb support!

I gave up on the Wishlist several months ago after asking staff on several occasions. There are too many things with higher priorities that keep the Wishlist inactive as far as support goes. Perhaps staff will post an announcement if they decide to make it active again.
This has been discussed before - the wishlist isn't 'dead' it's gone into hibernation. Nobody from Powweb is prepared to revive it just yet and, at least for the US and UK (and Europe) winter is approaching (or has arrived!) hibernation is a 'good idea'!

Looks like Dbrazzell has put the lid on the topic.
